Activ8 fitness camp provide a reliable and effective 1-2-1 service, this means the instructor has your specific needs to hand.

If you are looking for solid and consistent support we can provide you with fresh new perspective & ideas on health, nutrition & fitness.

All sessions are delivered with quality instruction, this means all sessions are pre-planned to maximise your time and results.

We cover every aspect of fitness: weight loss, muscle mass, muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness, endurance fitness, core stability and specific skill related fitness.


Individual session
£35 per hour
Block of five sessions: £150 (save £25)

Partner session (2 people)
£40 per hour
